Blueprint or plan refinement
This is the number one service my Builders, Contractors and Trade Pros ask me to do for our clients.
What is blueprint or plan refinement?
So, you have the perfect set of blueprints or an idea in your head of the space you want to pursue but aren’t quite sure how to visualize it. You may wonder how it will look in real life or if it will function the way you want it to. There is still much detail to work through, and it’s best to get it done and finalized BEFORE you start building or a remodeling project. In order to save time, money and mental health, let’s do this right and give you the peace of mind that you have made all of the best decisions. Do you want your build or project to move quickly and be the most cost efficient? Let’s sit down and analyze the plans together. I will ask you critical questions, which may lead to small or large shifts that can make all the difference in flow and function. With my background in architectural technology, I like to work hand in hand with your builder and/or architect to fine-tune all the details. I have many clients that cannot visualize a space or room. I am happy to put this in an illustration on my computer which will show you the space and how it will feel to make sure it is exactly what you are expecting and desire.
Visuals and plan work
Want to start a project but don’t know where to start? I can help with that. I will come to your home or project to see the space and scope of work to be done. In most cases I will take measurements and get to work straight away! Let me help you to plan for now or the future. I think it is best to start working towards a plan you can see and show anyone involved what the final goal is. This will help put the next steps into place. Let me guide you forward in all aspects of your project. I specialize in design and spatial planning. This means I am focused on the architecture of the space as well as the items that are affixed to it. This includes cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, decorative hardware, windows and doors, ceiling specifics, and hard finishes like countertops, flooring, tilework, and lighting.
